Resume experts argue over whether this section is really necessary. Most seem to agree that if you are a recent college graduate, you should state an objective. Another category of job seeker who could utilize this portion would be those of you who are changing careers. If you don't fall into either of these two categories, most resume experts seem to think that any job objectives can be reviewed nicely in your cover letter.
Profile Summary: This section consist the description of candidates whole career details, experience, qualities, and skills. If the candidate is a fresher, then he / she should mention about the skills or abilities inclined towards the job in question, which he / she gained during their professional training. In any case one needs to keep in mind the limit for this section; it should not be lengthy and mentioned same skills monotonously.
Why do fine chefs devote just as much care in presenting their dishes as they do in preparing them? Simply answered, if it does not look good, diners usually do not want it! The ingredients of your resume may be divine, but presentation is key to engaging the reader. Use clear headings, bullet points, adequate margins, and a readable font to maximize your resumes appeal.
Resume tells a great deal about job seeker as it tells where the job seeker have been and where they have reached. It must be explained in short and should impress the employer. A resume must look professional and should show the employer that he is the person who can join in the team. Even if a job seeker is not appropriate for the following position, an employer can give one chance to prove if the resume is attractive and professional.
